Epitalon (also known as Epithalon or Epithalone) is a synthetic tetrapeptide composed of the amino acid sequence Alanine-Glutamic Acid-Aspartic Acid-Glycine (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly). It is designed to mimic the natural peptide Epithalamin, which is secreted by the pineal gland.
