O-304 is a first-in-class, orally available pan-activator that enhances activity by inhibiting the dephosphorylation of phosphorylated. It is chemically identified as 4-chloro-N-[2-[(4-chlorophenyl)methyl]-3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1,2,4-thiadiazol-5-yl]benzamide, with the molecular formula C16H11Cl2N3O2S and a molecular weight of 380.25 g/mol.
