Function and Application
This product is a aminoglycoside broad-spectrum antibiotic, similar to neomycin in antibacterial spectrum. It is mainly used for serious infections caused by gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteobacteria, pneumoniae, Enterobacter pneumoniae and Shigella, etc. It also has good antibacterial effect on drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. Clinically, it is mainly used for pulmonary infection, urinary tract infection, biliary sepsis and abdominal infection caused by sensitive bacteria, which are often combined with other antibacterial drugs. It can also be used for staphylococcus aureus infection which is sensitive to resistance to other antibiotics. For the treatment of tuberculosis, this product can be used as a second-line drug.
