Tofacitinib Citrate, also known as CP-690550 Citrate, is a small-molecule, oral, non-selective Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor. It is developed by and approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of adult patients with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who have had an inadequate response to methotrexate.
