Product Description

Garlic extract is allicin. Component: Diallyl sulfide (CH2=CHCH2) 2S3, is an extremely unstable organic sulfide, easy to degrade, at room temperature (20ºC) after 20 hours almost completely decomposed, decomposition faster under heat. Allicin is very unstable, so it is very difficult to extract and preserve allicin.
