Pranlukast is a common respiratory drug, it belongs to asthma drugs , it is the cysteinyl leukotrienes (LTs) receptor antagonist and it can bind to LTC4, LTD4, LTE4 receptors selectively to antagonize their effect . Roles and application are similar to zafirlukast. It is clinically used for the prevention of bronchial asthma. Oral 225mg once, 2 times one day, morning and evening after meal.
