Fasudil HCl, also known as AT-877 or HA-1077 HCl, is a potent and selective inhibitor of Rho-associated kinase (ROCK), particularly ROCK-II, with a Ki value of 0.33 μM. It also exhibits inhibitory activity against other kinases such as PKA, PKG, PKC, and MLCK, with Ki values of 1.6 μM, 1.6 μM, 3.3 μM, and 36 μM, respectively. Additionally, Fasudil HCl acts as a calcium channel blocker.
